Sepia, Seiche, Cuttle Fish… hugely popular in Spanish, and Asian Cooking.

FLAVOUR: Sweet TEXTURE: Firm

ORIGIN: Celtic Sea, Newlin (UK). Trawl Caught.

SUSTAINABILITY: Eat Moderately (more info)

COOKING QUALITY: Very sweet flavour. Slightly firmer than Squid.

COOK IT: Pan Fry, Grill, Stew.

STORAGE: In your fridge 2 to 3 days. Defrosted – Not Suitable for home freezing.
