Dozen N2 -Medium size – Galway bay Oyster Special – Outstanding oysters grown by Garry Harty  @ Galway Gourmet Oysters. Those are the little sisters of our premium Galway bay Oysters. raised in floating basket on long lines  in the red bank, and vast sea inlets in the Burren and South Galway Bay. A round and perfectly shaped oyster shell, created by the rocking motion of the floating baskets. While not as meaty as the Premium, those oysters remain very plump, sweet and delicious.
