Our XXL Oysters ( 2-4 pieces per kg)  are FERAL / FREE RANGE Oysters . A mix  of escapees, slow growers or odd shape oysters rejected by our Oyster farmer. They are set free and return close to shore when they are recaptured after 4-5-6 years growing on their own. Big oysters are not for everyone. They are unlikely to be consumed Raw. They are amazing for cooking. Stick a few on your BBQ
