PANKO LING FINGERS

Dust your LING fingers in flour then give them a good soak in a bowl of buttermilk.

From the buttermilk dip them into Panko crumbs seasoned with paprika, garlic powder and dried mixed herbs.

Deep or shallow-fry until golden and delicious. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Serve with some lemony mayo!
