Get your BBQ pre-heated whether it be charcoal or gas.
Take your whole Galway Bay Prawns and place in a large mixing bowl.
Coat with a good glug of Rapeseed or Olive Oil, a few teaspoons of Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt & Pepper mixing them around with your hands.
Make a few different flavoured mayonnaise for dipping. We suggest a simple lemon mayo, a spicy sriracha mayo, and a tangy garlic mayo.
Place the prawns directly on the bbq and cook for 2 minutes on each side. The prawns will slightly char adding a nice smokey flavour.
Take them off and let cool slightly serving them in the centre of table.
Have everyone dig-in by pulling and peeling the tails off, dipping them in the mayo and enjoying a delicious feast.
True seafood lovers of the table will savour every last drop of flavour from the heads as well!
