Plan on 1 squid per person cut into rings for a starter or 2 per person for a Light lunch.
Take your squid rings & tentacles and toss in a bowl of flour seasoned with black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Shake off the excess and in vegetable oil deep fry / shallow fry in small batches at no less than 190 degrees Celsius until they just turn golden.
