Stefan’s Calamari – Deep Fried Squid

So Simple! So Quick! Soooooo tasty! Eat like you are on holidays!!!

Plan on 1 squid per person cut into rings for a starter or 2 per person for a Light lunch.

Take your squid rings & tentacles and toss in a bowl of flour seasoned with black pepperpaprikagarlic powder and salt. Shake off the excess and in vegetable oil deep fry / shallow fry in small batches at no less than 190 degrees Celsius until they just turn golden.

Drain on paper towel and serve with salad and sweet chilli sauce or a simple  lemon & garlic mayo.
